You Must Be At Least 16 Years Old And Capable Of Forming A Binding Contract To Use The Services. You Are Responsible For:

• All Activity That Occurs Under Your Account; And

We May Suspend Or Terminate Accounts That Are Inactive, Fraudulent, Or In Violation Of These Terms.

You Agree Not To, And Not To Permit Others To:

• Use The Services For Any Unlawful, Infringing, Or Fraudulent Purpose;
• Upload Or Distribute Malware, Or Interfere With The Integrity Or Performance Of The Services;
• Attempt To Gain Unauthorized Access To The Services, Accounts, Or Systems;
• Reverse Engineer, Decompile, Or Circumvent Any Technical Limitations Of The Services;
• Post Content That Is Defamatory, Obscene, Harassing, Or That Violates The Rights Of Others;
• Send Unsolicited Communications (Spam) Or Scrape Data Without Permission; Or
• Resell Or Commercially Exploit The Services Without Our Written Consent.

We Reserve The Right To Investigate And Take Appropriate Action Against Any Violation.

Certain Features Of The Services Are Offered On A Paid Subscription Basis. By Purchasing A Subscription, You Agree To The Following:

• Fees. You Will Pay The Fees For Your Chosen Plan As Described At The Time Of Purchase. All Fees Are Stated Exclusive Of Applicable Taxes Unless Noted Otherwise.
• Billing Cycle. Subscriptions Renew Automatically At The End Of Each Billing Period (Monthly Or Annually) Unless Cancelled Before The Renewal Date.
• Cancellation. You May Cancel At Any Time; Your Subscription Will Remain Active Until The End Of The Current Paid Period, After Which It Will Not Renew.
• Refunds. Except Where Required By Law, Fees Are Non-Refundable And There Are No Refunds Or Credits For Partial Periods.
• Changes. We May Change Our Prices With Reasonable Advance Notice; Changes Take Effect At The Start Of Your Next Billing Period.

You Retain All Ownership Rights In The Content You Create, Upload, Or Store Using The Services ("Your Content"). We Do Not Claim Ownership Of Your Content. You Grant ShowNoMore A Worldwide, Non-Exclusive, Royalty-Free License To Host, Store, Reproduce, Display, And Transmit Your Content Solely To The Extent Necessary To Operate And Provide The Services To You, Including Any Publishing Or Collaboration Features You Enable.

You Are Solely Responsible For Your Content And Represent That You Have All Rights Necessary To Grant This License And That Your Content Does Not Violate Any Law Or Third-Party Rights.

The Services, Including All Software, Designs, Text, Graphics, Logos, And The Vritti And ShowNoMore Marks, Are Owned By ShowNoMore Or Its Licensors And Are Protected By Intellectual Property Laws. Except For The Limited Rights Expressly Granted To You Under These Terms, We Reserve All Rights, Title, And Interest In And To The Services. You May Not Use Our Trademarks Without Our Prior Written Permission.

The Services May Integrate With Or Link To Third-Party Products And Services. Your Use Of Those Third-Party Services Is Governed By Their Own Terms And Privacy Policies, And ShowNoMore Is Not Responsible For Their Content, Practices, Or Availability. Enabling An Integration May Require You To Authorize The Exchange Of Data Between Vritti And The Third Party.

You May Stop Using The Services And Close Your Account At Any Time. We May Suspend Or Terminate Your Access To The Services, With Or Without Notice, If You Breach These Terms, If Required By Law, Or If We Discontinue The Services. Upon Termination, Your Right To Use The Services Ceases Immediately. Sections That By Their Nature Should Survive Termination, Including Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation Of Liability, And Indemnification, Will Survive.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOWNOMORE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You Agree To Defend, Indemnify, And Hold Harmless ShowNoMore And Its Affiliates From And Against Any Claims, Liabilities, Damages, Losses, And Expenses, Including Reasonable Legal Fees, Arising Out Of Or Related To Your Use Of The Services, Your Content, Or Your Violation Of These Terms Or Any Applicable Law Or Third-Party Right.

These Terms Are Governed By And Construed In Accordance With The Laws Of The State Of Delaware, United States, Without Regard To Its Conflict-Of-Laws Principles. You Agree That Any Dispute Arising Out Of Or Relating To These Terms Or The Services Will Be Subject To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The State And Federal Courts Located In Delaware, And You Consent To Personal Jurisdiction In Those Courts.

We May Modify These Terms From Time To Time. When We Make Material Changes, We Will Update The "Last Updated" Date Above And, Where Appropriate, Notify You Through The Services Or By Email. Your Continued Use Of The Services After Changes Take Effect Constitutes Your Acceptance Of The Revised Terms. If You Do Not Agree To The Changes, You Must Stop Using The Services.
